Here’s How to Work With Us:
1. On site consultation
A budget brief developed regarding the scope, process and budget ranges for each area considered during our design process.
2. Plot plan
Based on certification by a surveyor. This forms the boundaries of the design. A photography survey and analysis informs the design concept.
3. Design development
Our design concepts are graphically illustrated through precedent images 2-D CAD drawings, and 3-D animations as dictated by the scope and demands of the client.
4. Construction
Design-Build within the same firm allows for the minimization of client costs to communicate the intended results. Experienced craftspeople working everyday with our designers allows for efficiencies to be passed on in terms of lower costs to our customers.
